Meet Tom
As a Civil Engineer graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder, I never thought I would find my niche in Real Estate. I guess what sold me on this profession is the look in a client's eye when they find that perfect home, or witnessing the pure joy and excitement of a first-time home buyer. Ultimately, it really comes down to taking care of people. From my five years as an Air Force Officer, I have learned that there is no better feeling than taking care of others. If you treat people with respect, honesty, and professionalism, you will be rewarded tenfold. This is how I live my life, and it has allowed me to attain all of my goals and aspirations.
I began investing in the Denver real estate market in 1998, and since moving to Denver in 2005, I have sold properties from Erie to Castle Rock, Evergreen to Strasburg. My clientele is pretty evenly balanced between buyers and sellers, representing approximately 15 - 20 transactions per year worth $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 in total sales volume annually. In comparison to the average real estate agent who closes approximately 5 transactions per year, you can see that I’m a dedicated, experienced, full-time Real Estate Professional who knows how to get the job done!
As a listing agent, my extensive marketing plan (which includes state-of-the-art 3D Virtual Tours) and negotiating experience gives a homeowner the opportunity to get the maximum value for his or her property. In addition, my decade-plus of experience as a full-time real estate professional allows me to judiciously and successfully traverse the often testy waters from contract to a successful Closing. For Buyers, I will turn over every stone until I find the perfect property for my clients. After we find the right property, my unique set of skills gives me the unparalleled ability to formulate the most attractive offer, even in multiple offer situations with 2, 5, 10, or even more competing offers, leading to a successful closing.
Finally and most importantly, I am a family man and proud father of two wonderful boys, Brighton and Sawyer, as well as 2 beautiful girls, Sariyah and Everly, who are my world and put a huge smile on my face every day.
