Meet Shane
Shane and Denise have over 20 years of experience in virtually every facet of residential real estate, REO, Foreclosures, and Executive Relocation. They have managed all aspects of the listing and sale of thousands of institutionally owned homes and excel in Listings and Sales for traditional Buyers and Sellers, Luxury Homes, Short Sales, and Corporate Relocation.
Prior to her real estate career, after graduating from the University of Wyoming with a B.S. in Marketing, Denise managed insurance loss mitigation for some of the largest corporations in the country, and then went on to work for the King County Prosecutors' office in Seattle. After making the career move to real estate, she became an asset manager and Managing Broker for LISTINGS.COM.

Shane, a graduate of the Albers School of Business at Seattle University with a B.A. in Business Management, began his career on Wall Street at Bankers Trust in Commercial Paper. He then went on to manage a national real estate portfolio as an REO Manager for a Fortune 100 bank in Seattle, managed the Relocation division responsible for nationwide executive relocations, and then moved on to become a Director for one of the first national ‘dot com’ real estate firms in the country. After moving to Denver, he built and managed the Broker Direct division at Fidelity, and then two years later founded LISTINGS.COM.
In 2012 Shane and Denise re-launched the LISTINGS.COM website to provide added marketing exposure for client listings and to give enriched listing data to Buyers and Investors. This created the foundation for adding a Property Management Division and a large team of veteran Real Estate Agents to assist with field services and buyer inquiries, showings, contracts, and closings.
