Cassie launched her real estate career in 2007 as an appraiser, pivoting to real estate sales the next year, getting licensed as a real estate broker in 2008. She is a Certified Residential Investment Specialist, which allows her to assist clients in not only buying & selling homes where they can make lifelong memories but also helping them choose a wise investment that will have a profound effect on their lifelong financial story.

Her personal experience "fixing & flipping" and "fixing & holding" single-family and multi-family properties in Denver, Pueblo, Winter Park and Indianapolis is a huge value add to her clients. She loves to share lessons she learned along the way (trial & error is a massive teacher!) to help clients avoid pitfalls that often accompany real estate investment. An investment can range from a single, strategically appreciating primary residence to a myriad of long-term passive income properties with which one can retire.

Notable accolades in Cassie's real estate career thus far include being named a 5-Star Professional Legends award winner, and a 5-Star Real Professional Award winner for 14 years, ranking her in the top .083% of real estate agents in the market. In 2023 Cassie founded 2 successful BNI networking groups in the Denver area, passing hundreds of referrals to fellow local business owners.

She attributes her longevity in the real estate industry to listening attentively to her clients' needs & wants, working tirelessly to negotiate the ideal outcome, and pushing the limits at every opportunity during a transaction to ensure a smooth and most importantly profitable, result for her clients. Growing up as an athlete and earning an Economics degree from Purdue University was a strong foundation as was earlier careers organizing convention & trade shows and sales & marketing at AvidGolfer magazine.

Cassie is based in Denver County but also helps clients buy, sell and invest in Pueblo, Colorado Springs and mountain regions like Grand County. She spends a great deal of time & energy researching the neighborhoods that are poised to become the next "it" place to live & invest.
