With more than 20 years of experience in Colorado real estate, Ann offers a unique combination of valuation expertise, market knowledge, and hands-on transaction experience. She began her career in 2003 as a Colorado Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and later earned the prestigious SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. Throughout her career in the Denver metro area, she has completed thousands of residential property valuations, developing an exceptional understanding of market trends, property conditions, and accurate asset valuation.

In 2006, Ann expanded her expertise by earning her Colorado Real Estate Broker Associate license, specializing in REO properties, distressed assets, rehabilitation projects, and value-enhancing property improvements. As a member of one of the Denver metro area's top-performing REO teams for more than 20 years, she has contributed to the successful closing of more than 1,200 REO transactions and completed hundreds of Broker Price Opinions (BPOs).
